Monkey Audio (APE) - read/display built-in cue sheet

The current version of KMPlayer (v2.9.3.1214) cannot detect and extract/display the embedded cue sheet file in the .ape/.flac audio files. Hope the newer version will do.

Here is the new .ape file with embedded cue sheet.
Sorry for the size, I dont have any ape file with smaller size.

As of now, it looks impossible to support the embedded cue sheet in .ape file due to a fundmental restriction of the core library used in KMP. However, there will be a support for the embedded cue sheet of FLAC according to the author.
