Sometimes when i try to play .flv files that I've download from the web, I get distorted picture at the bottom. It looks somewhat like when you capture bad VHS tapes.
For example, when i download this video:

Picture looks good in VLC and Total Video Player, but not in KMPlayer.
I've included 2 screenshots, from VLC and KMP. It's definitelynot a best example, but I think difference is visible.

Problem appears only with Gabest FLV Splitter so switch to KMP FLV Splitter...

I've already tried it, but it doesn't work. I get the same picture.
..................
Both screenshots are from KMP.
And the difference comes from the different output level of color.
It firstly depends on the video renderer or driver to be used in your system. It can be manually adjusted in KMP.
There are several ways.
1) Level control via KMP video transform filter (alt+z)
2) Level control via Pixel Shader filter (Remap_16_235)
3) Enable "Force RGB in VMR Renderless" if you are using VMR9 Renderless. Do not force RGB outptut if you do not know how to control it in KMP as it requires more resources depending on the output resolution. I've heard there was a driver update to adjust the color level of VMR9 though.
4) Try to change video renderer to others like overlay mixer.
ps. If you are serious for the result of capture, change a capture format to bmp or png. There is a similar problem (level) in JPG capture.

OK, you won't belive this one - it solved itself. I honestly don't know how.
Usually I use last stable release. I uninstalled it and downloaded last beta version, but nothing changed. I've tried changing several thing in preferences, but picture was still distorted.
I didn't even restart my computer, but half an hour later - there isn't any problem.
I don't know what to say. In any case big thanks to both of you for answers.
