how to use Microsoft remote with KMPlayer

Go to Preferences, Options, General, look for the item Keys/General Control, tab General. There you'll find the options to configure your remote control...

I don't think it can work, MPC allows us to bind WM_APPCOMMAND ([Only registered and activated users can see links]) messages to shortcut keys, many other media applications have a similar option or have the WM_APPCOMMAND messages hardcoded. KMP seem to lack WM_APPCOMMAND completely.
