Hi,

Is it possible that the Side Show can be made to run through the Overlay Mixer? I use Winamp Pro 5.5, AutoKDJ Plugin, and KJAmp CDG Plugin to host Karaoke Shows with my computer. Now, I can get the KMPlayer to Show DVD Movies behind my CDG files when I configure the KMPlayer to use the Overlay Mixer to display. But, I can't get the Slideshow part of KMPlayer to use the overlay mixer. Really, I would like to use the KMPlayer soly to host the show but I can't get all the winamp plugin's to work in the KMPlayer. Anyway, thanks for the great program.

Thanks,

Kevin Smith

I am amazed at this awesome program.

1. Right click to get the KMPlayer Main Control Menu
2. Goto Video (Advanced)
3. Then Video Renderer
4. Select Overlay Mixer.
5. You will need to place an audio file in the playlist
- if you press play with nothing in the play list you get an error.
6. Press Play to start the slide show
- I have set a single mp3 file in a folder by itself. I load this into the play list. Then I set the volume level to zero.
- I have configured the display for full screen and no menu and no boarder.
- I have also set up a folder with images I want the be in the slide show
- and I have configured the slide show use images from this folder

Thank you

Slideshow is a part of visualization while playing audio files. However, it's possible to run slideshow without playing audio files. If you don't need a sound, you don't need to decode audio stream. See the screenshot below.

Screenshot #
1. to load pictures into KMP, enable the option.
2. to start slideshow when loading pictures, enable the option.
3. to disable sound, switch to null renderer.

Then drag & drop the folder of pictures on the main window or playlist editor. Or you can simply open pictures in Open dialog window (ctrl+o, ctrl+f).

tip. easy way to manage the playlist of pictures. refer to the 4th screenshot below.
1. open playlist editor: alt+e
2. make a new playlist tap
3. drag & drop pictures on the created playlist tab
