Hej guys,
Have tried numerous ways to normally play a .mkv movie file. Of all the programs I've tried KMPlayer gives the best results, only it tends to play in slowmotion for the bigger part of the movie. Furthermore this results in the sound being out of sync...lipsync is like a few seconds off.
I'm on a iMac (using Vista on it) 2.0ghz CoreDuo, 2gb memory, ATI X1600 256mb GPU.
One of the file that gives problems: 1920x800, 10331 kbit/s, 11.4gb, 2 hours of playlength and 23.976 FPS
Is there something I can change in preferences or whatever?
I'm kinda puzzled this doesn't work as it should, my computer must be able to handle it. The problem only occurs at .mkv files. If I play a 1080p movie which has a .wmv extention, it plays flawlessly.
