Is it a only a file or all the mkv files?

All the MKV files are running but without sound ^^

We can't help you if you don't provide more information, so it's up to you. Check the link provided by Peuj to know which information to provide.

MKV is just a container, therefore if your sound system is working correctly. The only option left why you do not have sound is that you are missing an audio codec.

Try using Gspot or video inspector to see if u have all the codec needed install.:p
