Recognition subtitles by part of filename?

Hi
I have a 2 parts movie with subtitles (all 4 files in the same DIR).
for instance:

Live Free Or Die Hard r5 Line Xvid-Pukka-Cd1.avi
Live Free Or Die Hard r5 Line Xvid-Pukka-Cd2.avi
cd1.sub
cd2.sub

when i played the first part of movie is automatic play with cd1.sub (just the way it should be),
but the second part of movie played with cd1.sub instead cd2.sub.
there is a way to open eche part of movie with correct part of subtitle without changig the filename?

change the name of the subtitles to

Live Free Or Die Hard r5 Line Xvid-Pukka-Cd1.avi.sub
Live Free Or Die Hard r5 Line Xvid-Pukka-Cd2.avi.sub

and when open this file
Live Free Or Die Hard r5 Line Xvid-Pukka-Cd1.avi

open the sub alone
