I'd been using kmplayer for 2 years to watch rmvb, avi etc... without any problem. But since I reinstall my WinXP Pro. I DL the kmplayer 2.9.3.1428. I can no longer play rmvb. Even I installed the Klite codac. I then install Real player 10. I can player the picture but no sound. I can use other computer to play this file so the file is no problem. Enclosed please find a error code txt file but I can't upload the sample file which I use Filesplt to created. Please help!

Problem solved. Just copy the 4 dll files from RealPlayer 10 to Kmplayer folder. It works OK now. Thank you!

Real Player 11 may not be compatible with KMP. With an earlier version installed, there's no need to move any file to the KMP folder, since realmedia codecs should be registered to the system.

Try changing the RealMedia splitter in Preferences.

Well from what Ive raid it is not but the work around is to put all of the dll files in to the folder and it is seposed to work. Well I've done that and installed Real player then uninstalled it then put in real alturnitive then tried it every thing I've looked up to do has done nothing.I'm running windows vista on a pc that can more then handle it but want this player to run all of my media files too. Oh and Ive tryed all of the splitters listed for it and they all don't work.I think I'm going to try to start from scratch and see what happens for me.

The way I do it is to copy the 4 dll files to the kmplayer folder. It work perfect for both of my 2 computer.
