The new KMP is unable play incomplete rmvb

I changed to the latest version of KMP and it´s no longer capable to play incomplete rmvb files. Can someone help me with the settings?:confused:

If you still have the KMP version that worked, post the Ctrl+Tab info here.

Try to upload a sample or leave a link to a rmvb file with that problem.

I hope you have resetted your settings and installed the latest KMP version in a new folder. What RealPlayer version do you have? (or what version of real alternative, or if you have the realmedia files in KMP folder...).

Yes, i have the realmedia files (V.10.5) in the KMP folder. I tried everything, even with a fresh install on my notebook, the new version does not play incomplete files. And the older version worked fine on my gaming pc. The only difference is the version of KMP.

It would be useful if you could provide a sample of that kind of file for testing.

Have you tried changing the RealMedia Splitter in Preferences?

Also, try to post the Ctrl+Tab report obtained when playing the file in the older KMP version. Do you get an error message when playing it in the newest version?
