Can't play OP & ED file

For some reason, I can't play a seperate OP and ED file. When I pressed CTRL+TAB, this is what I got:

Any help would greatly be appreciated. Also, I tried Media Player Classic to see if it worked, and it worked perfectly. I just don't want to switch back after finding out this awesome player.

I don't understand one word you said there. When I open The KMPlayer, it's just a black screen. :( I know how to open the player. I'm not that stupid.

Try changing the Matroska Splitter in Preferences.
