KMP doesn't work with speedy Vista Ultimate

I have install speedy vista ultimate

in my PC then I run kmp player
but it does not work
so
please any one help me to told me why does not work??!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After I install Kmp then I click the Icon (shortcut) in the Desktop then doesnt work!!

Try running it from start menue or from progam files.
