Keyboard/Mouse Mousewheel "first jump +-5sec" problem

good mornig!
go a problem with the newest version: if i play video and put the settings like in the title the player dont jump +-5sec! for normal +-12sec !
if i play audio it works with 5sec jumps.

how can i fix this bug?

Disable "Jump to keyframe with hotkey & mouse wheel seeking".

yes that helped! :) thank you very much. maybe it is a bug? im sure its not a good feature if its activated for normal!
