Requests: [1] remove 2px border from window; [2] make dual core support

[1] sloved remove 2px border from window:
i like use mode skins - control: default (autohide)
remove 2 pixels black border from window in this mode please

[2] make dual core support:
i have dual core procesor, and if i tryed to open video in hi resolution (like 1920x1080) i have many drope frames, but cpu load is only half... fix it please :)
in fact its one core is load for 100% and other core is load for 0% :(
(if i open same video in media player classic - its work fine, every core have 60% load)
