I want to know if is permited to share kmp?

I want to know if is permited to made an svcpack addon pack and to distribute from my share place this addon in order to be included by users in slipstreamed (nLited) Windows XP CD kit.
From license file, I don't understand verry well. If answer is yes, files can be in UPX-ed format?

The new licence agreement appy to older( before than) versions?

vmanda, no, it didn't. In this case, you're subject to the previous license, it's another version of the software. :)
