I tried the new beta ... great :D
I have bad colours in the icon in tray (well, i think they are not right...see attachement :p )

And why dont you mark the new beta versions e.g. : kmp 2.9.2 beta 1...?

Is it too colorful? But it's a normal 16*16 icon. It seems that the developer do not like numbering. :p

I just think the colours are weird. The previous one was better in my opinion.

Other question:
Is it possible to add a button like "reset icon library to default" without touching the file association?

Well, I think so. But it's a taste of the developer. :D

Why do you need it? Can you explain in more detail?

Nothing important. But when I was testing betas, I didnt extracted them over the final build (i extracted them in a separate folder) and when using the betas, I had no icons for media types (these were blank). So something like reset or browse button for KIconLib.dll would be nice.

I know a workaround, but it would be more comfortable this way. As mentioned, its not that important. :p

Wow, it's a dangerous process because two version hold a registry for configuration in common. Watch out, as it could cause a weird operation. Frequently, there are changes of registries which could cause something problematic when updated to the latest build.

In this case, the following steps are recommended;
1. Backup your registry in regard with KMP.
2. Rename your previous kmp folder, and install or copy the latest beta.
3. Check if there is any weird action when using kmp.
4. If there is a problem, open preferences and press "Reset Current Settings" button.

This is a right way to test a beta version in my opinion. If you following the process mentioned above, there would be no problem.

Thanx Z. :D
Maybe you can write it somewhere into the next beta thread....it would be useful, as some other people dont know this.

Ah. If any of you make better icon for kmp as well as skin, he will include it. :)

The resolution of tray icon is 16*16. The previous one was 32*32 icon dirtorted to 16*16.
