I'm situated in South Africa where we use PAL-I. Everything is setup correctly for the TV card, as I can pickup all the other channels correctly. However, there are certain channels that KMPlayer skips during the autoscan (channels 11-20). It seems that in other countries these channels are not really used, but in South Africa there is a channel situated on channel 13, 250 MHz. I've also found the following document that shows that in South Africa (RSA) channels 11 and 13 are both used:

It would be nice if KMPlayer could also tune into these channels if the country setting is on South Africa.
