background music is loud while conversational audio is very low

I'm not able to watch most of the movies now because I can't hear the conversation in the movie while the background music is normal.

However, audio in all TV shows I download is OK.

Is there any settings I can adjust to solve this issue? Any suggestions, hints would be appreciated!
