resizing the window on high res screen is difficult

My screen resolution is quite high and it is very difficult (almost impossible) to resize the window by using my mouse with the diagonal arrow at the bottom left corner of the player's window. I have tried several skins to solve this and nothing helped.

-Is there any way to increase the area at the bottom left corner for the diagonal resizing arrow ?

Or perhaps there is a way to increase the size of the frame of the player to increase the area of all the clickable elements (buttons, resizing arrow areas...) or maybe there is a skin that is more adapted for high res screen.

Try to use Ctrl + Alt + + or Ctrl + Alt + - to increase/reduce the window size.
