Try to use another AVC video decoder.

Go to Preferences (F2) -> Internal video decoder, and uncheck AVC1 item.

Then go to External Video Decoder, press "External Decoder Search" button, then "Add after Scan" (codecs installed in your system will be added to the list) and finally "OK" . After that, choose another decoder in AVC-1 format list.

For example, Cyberlink AVC decoder should work (note that you need to install the decoder/player before to make the decoder to be available in KMP list).

I did the steps as mentioned, but didn't find the Cyberlink AVC as one of the decoders. I went to their site, but looks like you have to pay for it. Something I am doing wrong ? or is there any other solution ?

Yes. You didn't read the last sentence completely. You need to have a codec installed on the system for KMP to find it. Unfortunately most of the advanced codecs are proprietary. Explore options of getting one.

Thanks for the comments. I downloaded codec 8.2 and that had coreavc. I selected this decoder and I am able to see the video.

Thanks again.
