black screen

Hello everybody

I have a problem. I can read video but i have the sound but i don't any picture (black screen) I have the same problem with vlc but i can resolve it but usibg the windows gdi option.
is it possible to do the same with km player.

I also have the problem with windows media player

What OS and KMP version are you using? (please read the sticky thread).

You can try to change the video renderer (Right-click -> Video Advanced -> Video Renderer).

Also, try to update your video card drivers.
