If an playlist entry doesn't exist KMP plays the next (if selected). Otherwise the user is notified that the file couldn't be played.
Now it could be useful if the Player would highlight or mark the skipped items. It would be easier for the user. If now the items would be highlighted the users were able to look up after the file. (just renamed, moved)
The option "remove dead entries" already exists. It would be useful to have an option like "highlight dead entries" and/or "show dead entries" (show = external list)
