I'm running this player on my wife's laptop (windows vista - came with it). I like the Trimension DNM that WinDVD uses and was excited when I found out that it might be possible to use it with this player (excellent player BTW). The thread in this forum that referred to it wasn't too clear and was a pretty old post. I didn't get anywhere when I tried to get it to work. I'm in need of up to date and more detailed information. I cannot find anything about it online. If anyone knows anything about this, please provide the info. Thanks...

Trimension DNM effect can only be used in KMP with WinDVD v6.0.6.42 installed. As far as I know, after that version TDNM support was removed from DirectShow filter, so it can be used with WinDVD only.

The trimensionDNM is a video filter integrated with an intervideo video decoder. So it is possible to use the video filter only when the video decoder is being used.

It is useless as the video decoder is for mpeg2 only.
