How to keep a fixed video size?

for some reason when i double click on the kmplayer icon it opens, but when i open a video file the kmplayer resizes to i guess to the size of the video file. Is there a way that i can specify a default size?

Also, you can set a default window size in Preferences (F2) -> General -> Screen -> [Advanced] tab: resize the KMP window and then press "Get current size" button and disable "Follow BG image size".
